How will you ensure the safety of my property?
All bookings requires guests to provide government issued identification
Why should I use your services?
We will rent your property at above market value to give you better returns. With no addition time or effort, we will instantly increase the monthly take home from your rental property
What if my property is unfurnished?
Don’t despair we can take care of this. We fully furnish property’s including bed sheets and towels for guests.
Do I need to do anything?
No. Once you’ve handed over the keys, we’ll take of the rest.
Will you cover my bills?
Yes. We rent the property from you on a Guaranteed Rent basis, we cover the bills and effectively become the ‘tenant’.
